What an amazing blend! Imagine your typical Gewürztraminer made subtle by its mixture with traditional Catalan varietals. I’ve found that certain meals—carbonara, some east Asian dishes, and blended soups—need a white wine in a tall, skinny bottle that doesn’t suck. This is it. — 3 days ago
Holy fuck what is this bloody beautiful substance? Why’s it so smooth? — 2 months ago

Blend of 60% Macabeo, 25% Xarel·lo, and 15% Parellada, organically-farmed, aged for 18 months before disgorgement, pale straw lemon color with aromas of stone and citrus fruit, baked bread notes with a mineral tang, light bubbles and mousse. On the palate flavors of apple, pear and citrus, dry with nutty biscuit notes, medium finish ending with a toasty citrus floral mineral character. — 3 days ago

2021. Opened two nights ago without time to decant and enjoyed a glass which had really intense aromas and bright acidity and earthiness on the finish. This rating is for the glass we had tonight. Tart cherries and berries, floral and herbal, all integrated. Delicious wine. — a month ago
I have always loved old world and some of the old vine Grenache examples coming from Australia recently but Priorat always remains a favourite. Red and blue fruits on nose and palate. The medium bodied palate shows spice, blueberry and raspberry (sweet). A robust yet flavoursome wine. Earthy, mineral, sweet and savoury. Finishes dry with persistence of flavour - very satisfying. We had a memorable tasting there in June 2022 with the family. — 2 months ago
