Cabernet Franc from New Jersey shows promise with Loire like character of pepper and red berries, excellent acidity too. The oak here is the right amount, just not the right kind and not well integrated. It seems a little smoky, almost burnt on the finish. Fix that and we are in 90+ territory. #joisey #outercoastalplain #almathea
