Roux (in the background passed out) was really excited about the nose, he said it “reminded him of his favorite spring bush to lift his leg on.” I think he meant Lilac which he was totally correct. We... I really enjoyed this one it was an amazing pair with the cheese board particularly the Roquefort cheese.
