Totally different than the S.B. in the past - with a touch of Semillon, and this year absolutely no Oak, all stainless - really brings everything into alignment with some great focus. Fruity. Crisp, and refreshing, with a bit of familiarity to loire valley.. but less tropical note, more stone fruit and citrus.

It's a whole new wine for Amici and it is delicious, focused, and fruity. Not that I won't miss that Bordeaux driven style but this is now more like Sancerre.
