Aromas of apple cider, honeydew melon and hints of lavender. Enter the palate with a seltzery sensation. Evolves onto an off-dry sensation of apple and hints of cinnamon and clove. Not bad, but odd. Its a sorghum beer. The flavor seems a little bit manipulated. Goes down very easily and quickly. Very low in alcohol. Not my type of beer. 80 pts.
