Celery salt nose, major umami here. Meaty, A-1 sauce type thing. #keepsyrahweird Full midpalate, great acidity. I love this wine.

N Rhone pepper on opening, relaxed into a beautiful, deep place. Highly recommended. I'd give it a couple more years in the cellar.

Berry pie, brambly, wild and pungent. But an underlying cool and slatey tone thats intoxicating. Great stuff.
