Dark purple with magenta rim. Thick legs though modest alcohol. Smoked meat, herbs de Provence, saline. Round, lush fruit, very primary. This is a holiday ham Syrah. Med+ acid and tannins. Tasty, and I’ll lay down my remaining bottles a few more years.
