A blend of Chardonnay with three indigenous varieties that should show better than this bottle does. Sealed with a synthetic cork that was never meant to last four years. Candied lemon, bruised apple, wet stone, with signs of oxidation. Tart acidity without the body or flavors to balance it. Short finish. Acceptable quality but was likely better Two years ago.

Perfumy white flowers, Lanolin, overripe apricot and nectarine, wild herbs, sea salt, and white stones. Round mouthfeel, fresh lemon zest on the palate. Medium acidity and length. Medium plus flavor intensity. Pale gold. Adoli Ghis = fertile earth... Made from Largorthi and Roditis on limestone.
