It's vinho verde, balanced and a bit of everything and no distinctive feature on scent, texture, even acidity, it's all about freshness. a little suggestion, don't pair with fatty fish such as salmon though the salesman suggest a seafood pairing, cuz it makes both fish and wine plain. maybe go with simple seared less fatty fish.
