Deep ruby color. Red plum on the nose. Not sweet, a bit tannic. Medium body. Tart on the finish.

A juicy fun red. Enjoyed!

So yummy! The first day we opened it, it was super funky - sour cherries and sausage?? It was also so silky and bubbly that first day. But after 2 days, it lots that weird meaty/farmy taste and became just a beautiful, rich, bright wine and didn’t lose its bubble :) ripe strawberries, cherries, rounded tannins. What an adventure!
