Pistachio Delight

Almost on the cherry almond amaretto palette. For a novelty wine, this is very surprising. Definitely a sweet taste but pleasant with the appropriate dessert. Like pistachio gelato. Yum

Actually surprised by this one. Neighbors traveling through New Mexico picked this up as a novelty. Pretty tasty. Almond/amaretto aroma with Carmel tones. Best legs I have seen for a 11% ABV with 1-2% res sugar. Good apertif style wine. Went well with pistachios, honey and ricotta
