Bruised strawberry, raspberry. Mushrooms, herbs, nice acidity. Light tar. Perfect with braised pork shank, polenta and portabella.

New one for me...subtle nose hides more than it gives, some fruity and silk on the mouth, not much earth to spice to speak of. This is a mild pull...

Fruity in the front, fades into a smoky flavor with some heat and spice the the back of the throat. Complex and interesting, would be great with cheese pairings. A little too heavy for dinner, me thinks
