08' I love what Andy Erickson does with Cab Franc & Cab Franc blends. This was the first year they did 100% Cab Franc in the H Block. A short 45 minute decanting. Easy to notice that blood red color. I get violets, black tea, elegant spices. A long lingering 30 second finish. It's drinking now.

Really a delicious Cabernet franc from a producer that we quite love. Very purple - as many good napa cab francs are - round with great deep fruit and just enough acid to keep it together for the long finish. Delicious.
