Bright, acid forward and peppered with mineral tones. Only 7 barrels produced and absolutely beautiful. However, I opened this one waaaay too soon. 2017 will need more than a few years to mellow out.

Dec 24th, 2018This site is right in the ocean (cold, rainy, very SF) so it can only be harvested during years where the weather cooperates. Last bottles were in 2012. Fermented 100% whole cluster, tread by foot!! Stems are on during fermentation.
