A reference point in terms of single vineyard rioja in Spain. Displays no signs of age. Beautiful nose of cedar and blueberry pie. So well balanced on the mid palate displaying depth, volume and a touch of barrel toast. Tannins are still prominent, but regal. This was a dream bottle tonight.

Dec 12th, 2024Brilliance in a glass. A Spanish wine which is so contemporary. Notes of fig paste, tobacco, balsamic vinegar and sandalwood on the nose and palate. Tannins need a little more time, but this is excellent already. Finishes with granite and iron. Awesome WNH virtual tasting.
