This has aromas of strawberry , watermelon, and roses with medium-acid. ( meaning my mouth is watering for about 10 seconds.) I paired it with a sockeye salmon with a lemon-basil pesto sauce I made. The lemon in the sauce and the acid in the wine created a very good pairing. I'm ranking it a very good - rather than love it. This is only based on the price. Would like to have seen it just a few dollars less. But it is delicious! And I'm now getting some orange rind aromas - as it warms up! Yum!
