Went well with pierogi and Polish Easter cuisine. What's not to like about Matthiasson fruit and Dan Petroski making the wine? I did like the Cab Franc a little better.

The 2014 seems very well constructed. Rainier cherries. Maybe soaked in Luxardo. But with a hand of restraint. Softness throughout.

Merlot and Cabernet Franc from 30 ye old vines planted by Mondavi. Good but not elaborate. Uncomplicated. It was suggested that it was Sangiovese-like, by the hostess, but I disagree.
