2nd day: I thought this wouldn't be alive after 24 hours in a partial bottle on the counter but lo and behold.
With lots of pencil shavings this almost shows like aged Cab.

Wilson dinner celebration at Edge Bethlehem 11/13/21. Had to cut through wax and pull cork myself. A magnum. One more and a vertical of ‘95-‘98. Beautiful complex earthy still ripe red fruited nose with a rather lean but balanced palate. Nice finish. Great with the mushroom risotto and pork belly. Well liked all around.
