Very impressive nose. Dark and slightly bitter finish, though remarkably long.

Geez, one of the better Aubert pinots I’ve had. Wow. Rose petals, violets & birch wood on the nose. Gorgeous cherry tobacco on the palate and rhubarb and perfectly balanced acidity. Perfect finish showing candied black cherry. A tribute to Ulises Valdez...RIP to one of the premier farmers/vineyard managers in Sonoma.

10' Aubert UV Pinot Noir. I knew when I had this a few years ago, it needed time. It has paid off nicely. This needs a short decanting of 30/45 minutes. Blackberry, blueberry, black cherry. Light & elegant acidity. Such an enjoyable wine. 4/6 great years in it.

This run of about 13 PHENOMENAL wines I'm posting are from the SQN wine dinner/WNH interview I did at @Shawn R 's house last night. I was like a kid in a candy store on Christmas. What an absolutely EPIC night! Love ya brother!

What kind of world do we live in where we use THIS as a palate cleanser?! Haha. So insane. I'm late to the Aubert train but this was actually my first Pinot from them (love their chards). Big cherry cola aroma, red licorice and graphite on the nose too. Excellent acidity and a finish of tart cherry and blackberries.

Wonderful wine that has a nose and finish that make it. Delish. Decant for 30 and drink.

Lacks the complexity of the 12, still delightful.

Opened for an hour +. Sharp forward nose. Black licorice, ripened plum, toasty OAK. A little backwards at first. It opens up quite nicely. Not Marks best showing in 10', very nice. I do believe this wine will get better with a little more age.
