Cab California Cabernet Sauvignon

Middle of the road cab. . Dusty mocha with dry savory blackberries. Gripping tannins. Very young right now and would need a good deal of aeration to make it work.

Huge fan of avalon 2012 and 2013, this was good but not as great as previous ones. good medium body flavor, but left a subtle bitter aftertaste.

Very easy to drink wine. Great by itself or with a steak.
