Aug 11th, 2014wild raspberry just edging on black cherry with an intense spiciness. Creamy texture, and French oak...2 1/2 years later this is still a beast, in all the best ways. So young, love it, will age for 20 years, there is so much structure and ripe but not overripe fruit. Put these away.

Smooth, rich, jammy and excellent after a few years. Will only get better. Blackberry, deep cherry, and currant.
