I’m getting better at this, could smell the wet ash/dust, and tasted/smelt the Anise /fennel (aka licorice). A decent wine and im just happy I can hit all the descriptors. There was quite a bit of sediment in the bottom - more than normal.

Nose intense and fine, cherry and liquorice. Round, a bit nervous, infinite persistence.
