Excellent rose; best I’ve ever had outside Provence. In fact, only rose I’ve ever truly loved outside Provence. Somehow it’s supremely refreshing (95* and humid), good with food, and continues to evolve with new flavors over two hours. Bought on recommendation from Phillip at The Wishing Well. Raspberries, vanilla, floral, with long subtlety-spiced finish. Drank at dad’s house with left over BBQed chicken from Rude BBQ. Very good pairing. Going to buy more tomorrow.
