An exotic. Skin contact with familiar notes of bruised tree fruit, nuts, honey dried flowers and orange marmalade. Quite mineral. A great pairing with shakshuka.

Orange copper sunburst in color. On the nose honeysuckle, jasmine, some cooked cabbage, maybe apricot? On the nose it seems reduced. On the palate just straight stone, flowers, just the tiniest bit of apricot but more bitter herbs. It seems there is skin contact, because I am getting tannins in the mouth. The acid is reserved and not in your face. I now have cravings for Oyster.
