Herbal complexity, marmalade tones. Quite something, has miles to go

Basque cider like nose, salty and funky, grippy tannin. Would love to see this develop over a few years!

Seville orange marmelade on the nose, as well as lemon zest, bruised apple and dried apricot. High acidity and tannins, really good food companion.

I've probably had better bottles of this in the past. Healthy dose of VA here. Smells like cider inflected by herbs and black vinegar. Palate brings some kumquat, faintly salty tones. Dense for sure.

Savoury apricots & peach. Not too heavy on the tannins, long finish, an excellent wine.

Favorite wine at Smoking Goat, London UK. Perfect accompaniment to Thai BBQ.
