Archetipo Colli Tortonesi Terre di Libarna Timorasso

We tried this in like 2019 and we were blown away! We bought something like 4 more bottles and drank them over the years. Each time, there was more happening. And this time, there’s a whole new depth.
Lots of acid and the early dryness quickly moves into a tangy apricot flavour. There’s some green apple and even hazelnut at the end and a long mouth feel.
Don’t sleep on well made Timorasso.

A beautiful wine and it is meatier now that it has a bit of age.
Honeydew, soft flavours of sour orange, lime, and particular heft in its body. We have a couple more bottles and can’t wait to see how this wine develops,

Structured, acidic, green apple in its depth. Stands up well to big flavours. Our first taste of Piedmonte’s Timorasso grape and it was magical.
I expect this one would age nicely.
