Stags Leap District Cabernet Sauvignon

Decanted for several hours and the edges smoothed out and got more and more juicy. Loved the fruit, balance and feel on the palate.

Definitely a great Classic style of Stag's Leap! 100% Cabernet; A fantastic job by Rolando Harrera. Very well balanced structure between firm tannin and elegant finish, lots of intense dark blueberries and blackberries, res currant, leather notes and great oak influence. Definitely had to agree with its 94 rating. Looking for powerful? Look no further.

Don't know why it's showing up as a Syrah. Spice and Leather this huge Cali Cab is everything you would want. Waves of blue and red fruits with cassis, blueberry pie, and huckleberry. Balanced and complex with a peppery finish. Full bodies.

After a long week of unpacking after our move what better wine to enjoy than a Stags Leap Cab from Baldacci.

2012. Pretty light compared to other baldacchino I've had but easy drinking.
