Inaugural vintage/bottling of Sauvignon Blanc from Balletto Vineyards. Tasted this along side the Saddleback Cellars Pinot Blanc. Bright pale yellow. Fresh nose with some white floral notes, lots of peaches, lychees, and literally dances across. Some slightly sweet undertones. Moderate acidity (7/10) and light bodied. Lots of wet grass and tropical notes. Crisp and refreshing. The bright acidity making this perfect for a hot summer day. Long and lingering finish. Great value and excellent QPR! Drink till 2021.
