Purchased at the winery last summer. This fresh take reminds me a lot of Napa and Sonoma versions I used to drink, um, last century. Fresh, floral, ripe orchard fruit on the nose, with a nice, subtle grassiness. A big whack of fruit initially in the mouth, but then fresh subtle herbal notes hit, with a slight bitter note in the finish. Nice fruit/acid balance.
