I generally like BG offerings but this didn't particularly appeal. I've come to like the acidy finish of S. Blancs but this had none. Some wines seem better paired with food, but this was still on the boring side with chicken, potato salad, and baked beans. Hardly fare most whites couldn't comfortably complement.

Good, but wanted more. Not really as dry as I hoped. Almost closer to a Chardonnay. Respectable for brunch keep it light.
