Barnard Griffin
Oregon Pinot Noir
Hard to believe this is Oregon. Atypical with aromas of green apple and extracted flavors of dried cherry and raspberry jam. A bit of a disappointment after the previous wines for Thanksgiving.

Aug 11th, 2014Vicki, perhaps uncharitably, called this "fruit punch," and I see that. I think this may be the last wine I buy from D'Vines, although it could be partially my fault for not communicating my preferences clearly. This has all the American mass market appeal!
