The Non-Vintage 'Tradition' Champagne from Baron Albert is a gorgeous effort from this estate that provides excellent value. The wine is an impressive blend of Pinot Neinier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir that opens with a bouquet of sourdough bread, white rose, roasted hazelnuts and kumquat. Lithe and light on its feet, the mousse is lovely. There are rich flavors of apricot, Pazzaz apple, lemon zest and baked pear. This shows impressive range and is a delight to savor. Drink 2019-2025- 90
