Great bottle, a bit on the oxidative side but very complex and long, we liked it a great deal. — 7 days ago

Great History. Citrus notes. Had at Cru champagne tasting 11/21/24. — a month ago
A top vintage for Unico, and one to live forever, 04 is in an amazing spot, decadently layered and hedonistic with an impeccable balance of both power and elegance. The palate is expansive, silky and rich with melting tannins and massive length. A stellar Unico. — 6 days ago
In 1829, Champagne Bollinger introduced an instantly recognizable, dry, toasty style that has been coveted ever since. Six generations of the Bollinger family have maintained that trademark style, and still owned and managed by the same family since it was founded. Gold color with a nose of fruit and baking spices. On the palate apple and peach, toasty notes with great bubble flow. Long crisp finish ending with yeasty mineral tones. Nice! — 20 days ago
A blend of Cab Sauvignon, Merlot, Cab Franc, and Petit Verdot, aged for 22 months in French oak (76% new). Deep Ruby color with aromas of red and black fruits, spicy notes and cedar. On the palate flavors of plums, currants, cherry and wild blackberries adding cedar and cinnamon. Fine grainy tannins, well balanced with acidity, long finish ending with fruit, cedar and slight mineral character. Nice! Tasting Sample! — 8 days ago
