Somewhat of a dessert wine and post dinner vino. This wine held up with great fruit and complexity. Really nice follow on to 25 year old CdP and high end champagne. Held its own with good concentration and depth. — 10 days ago
This bad boy needed airtime to let the phenols blow off. I think this was actually best with about an hour of air and closer to room temperature. Then it had much better balance and some of the oakville sun shine through — 12 days ago

Decanted for 1 hour before dinner.
Really needed food. This wine was dark and not enjoyable unless paired with rich food.

Decanted for about 2-3 hours before serving. Incredible nose and flavor profile. Very gamey. Lots of stewed fruit. Little medicinal. But came through and paired exceedingly well with lamb kebabs.
Had a little funk as it aired out but really sang at hour 4-5. Good grip. Will be excited to open the next one — 10 days ago
This wine is really delightful. It has a nice softness and elegance to it. No overpowering oak. Smooth flavors that just complement the food.

Boom! From the first sip - this wine was explosive and delicious.
Dark and black fruits come out and then lend to some red fruit and while it has good depth, this wine is very smooth.
