Leggy, clear brick red, green pepper and stewed prunes on the nose, crisply acidic, grippy tannins somewhat mellowed out, but not too much happening on the palate. Bit of cherry, and that oaky prune vibe, but overall, 8 years aging doesn't overcome the fact that this is a dirt cheap Bordeaux :/
