Nice chianti. Nose has hints of dark cherry, has warmth to it that makes this feel like a heartier wine. Spice, tar and a bit smokey fill the nose and the palate enjoys the same. Will be perfect with homemade marinara, meatballs, sausage and beef braciole stuffed with breadcrumbs, garlic, pecorino Romano cheese, arugula lemon, prosciutto and provolone. Devine.

Not much on the nose, maybe hints of cherry and leather...strong tanins, very dry and a funny ash/dust after taste .. not for me...
