Digia Toscana Rosso Red Blend

A fantastic value from Bolgheri on the Tuscan coast at about $18. A Super Tuscan blend sporting Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Merlot and Syrah (20% each). A pure expression that has no oak influence to hide the fresh red berries, blood orange citrus and juicy acidity with a little minerality buried in there.

At restaurant $50. Needed to open up but full bodied
