Deep, dark ruby coloration. Almost black. No translucency. Heavy tearing. On the nose, dark cherry, blueberry, blackberry, currant, tobacco, forest floor and florals. On the palate, full body, lush mouth feel, strong minerality, with jammy black currant, anise, pepper, followed by a long finish of chocolate, forever, and hints of mint. Nicely balanced tannins. Outstanding wine. — 8 days ago
Dried fruit, dark cherry, even prune. A distinct difficult note, perhaps tobacco or leather. Bright acid, moderate tannin, maybe too bright — 22 days ago
Bordeaux style blend of Merlot (64%), Cabernet Sauvignon (17%), Cabernet Franc (10%) and Petite Verdot (9%). Dark ruby/purple color with a garnet rim. Aromas of dark berry fruit, graphite and dusty earth. Flavors of blackberry, black cherry, ripe plums, kirsch, black licorice and iron. Full bodied, long finish and intensely structured. Beautifully integrated acidity and tannins. Great combination of power and elegance. — 12 days ago
Tasted blind . Medium deep , garnet core , garnet rim . Quite sweet spiced nose , slightly deeper cherry , riper slightly less fresh . Black tea . On the palate this is deeper and richer , more extracted in style . Darker cherry , blackberry , quite high acidity but slightly drying tannins . This is quite intense and with lots of presence, reasonably long , dry spice , dried dark cherry finish . Really quite young . Needs more time , better in 3-5 years and will last well a further 5-10 — 25 days ago
An excellent depth of flavor for such a light wine. Nose of dried roses, dried flowers, dusty roads. Light, ethereal flavors of grabby red fruits, underripe strawberries, red brick, light pepper. Strong structure to stand up to a dry aged ribeye. Excellent. — 11 hours ago
Solid red blend. But sold as full bodied, which it is not. Light drinking. Suitably dry. — 8 days ago

Unbelievably young but already smooth. Really fruity at this stage but will evolve nicely. Was hard to identify as a Supertuscan. Would consider buying some of this vintage and forgetting about it for 10 years... — 7 days ago
