Baumann Chardonnay from Brand Grand Cru vineyards 2012 - lots of licorice throughout, especially black licorice on the finish. Some yellow apple and pear as well. Seems to have seen some new oak but not overwhelming. Very pleasant and interesting but it's not white burgundy
