Full bodied and smooth with medium acidity.
Off dry on the palate with citrus, apples, butter, vanilla, oak, spices, green vegetables, grapefruits, bitter herbs, spices, white pepper and minerals.
Medium finish with bitter almonds.
This is a great surprise. A very tasty white blend from California. Well balanced and simple. A little sweetness balances the acidity nicely.
Better when nicely chilled. Not very Oaky which I liked, but might be sweet for some. A good sipping wine and great for parties.
