Little chilly here still, to say it’s rosé season, but it just feels right paired to roasted salmon! This one’s a nice example balancing tension, minerality, and plush fruit.

Excellent Rosé. Peach, melon, and a hint of strawberry on the nose. Some effervescence on the mouthfeel. Super clean and crisp. Springtime in a glass.
