Never know what I’m going to get when I open a Bedrock. This one seems to be okay with some blackberries, licorice, brambles and such, not overly complex but good. Opened and decanted about an hour before dinner and seemed to be the same from start to about 3 hours later.

Ripe and rustic...lots of mixed dark fruit and a touch of pencil shavings on the nose. Round, medium weight bright red fruit with a lovely richness. No noticeable alcohol, nicely integrated acids. And a long zin finish.

Dark purple. Red fruit, anise and baking spice. Soft body, hint if wood on a medium finish. Very good.

Black raspberry, leather, and cocoa. We really should try to age some of their wine, but we seem to keep enjoying them young!
