Estate Reserve Yamhill-Carlton Pinot Noir

Tasting group 3/24/19. Earth. Cherry. More complex than the other wines. Peppermint. My 1st, group 3rd

Brian this is a beautiful wine. So balanced and lovely. I wish I had a case left instead of just another bottle. Deep dusky nose full of ripe rich fruit, dark roses, and Willamette Valley earthiness. Palate is deep fruit and balanced with a long finish. Full of dark cherry, earthy chocolate and figs/prunes (in a good way)

Yeah, if you find it buy it and drink it, yum!

Second bottle of 2008 vintage. Perfect score for a perfect wine.

2008 vintage. Dinner at Kokkari I give this wine a perfect score and more. Exceptional balance of acidity and structure. Earthy aromas with delicious red fruits.

Little funky. Lots of earth, mushroom. Opened up with some time. Enjoyable with roasted salmon and mushrooms.

really opened up after an hour. Cherries on the palate, really long palate.
