Puligny-Montrachet Chardonnay

Yummy stuff. Big boy chard.

Lacked the concentration and excitement I was hoping for from #benjaminleroux a nice #pulignymontrachet that is quite restrained, maybe a little too restrained?

Beautiful yellow. Fresh aroma with acidity. Smooth with nuts and oak flavor, then freshness with enough acidity and grape fruits flavor. Complexity. @3100, 400/g, Domaine, 171112

Classic white burgundy served in Zalto universal glass. What is not to like? Paired seamlessly with all the food we had that evening - faro salad, Cesar salad, grilled octopus, mushroom pasta and chicken.

Yummy! Tastes like a lime mojito!
