Huh. This wine is pretty brawny, ripe and fruit driven. The second day some stems and structure peek out around the edges, but this isn't what I expect from Bergstrom, Shea or Oregon pinot in general. Maybe it just needs another 10 years?

Stunning.....but I love everything Shea. This is full of dark cherries, black raspberries, earthy. Truly a rich, long finishing Pinot Noir. The perfect marriage between an amazing winemaker and a stellar vineyard.

Opened 1 dimensional. Rounded out. Super fun to drink. Round. Ripe. Vanilla oak. Drinking prime. Being shea thought the tannins might be overly assertive. Wasn't the case. Go find.

Bold and dry. Lots of depth. Rich fruit that will mellow as the bottle opens up. Give it a good 30-60 minutes. Quintessential Oregon Pinot Noir.

Big for an Oregon Pinot. Crushed fruit and deep color but with smooth tannin.
