Ruby in color, After aeration, nose remained intensely ripe, mouth hints of wood with something akin to charbroiled coco, dry structure finish with some heat. I should have opened this 10 years from now....

Still want to try the reserve but settled on this. Great color and nice long finish, deep dark fruit balance the oak great.
