This is the “winery exclusive” sauce blanc. I actually like it with food. If you were pounding on a patio it’s awful. Too much ethanol but with crab and shrimp it gets much more papaya and other tropical flavors. Also some citrus and sea grass. Overall I’d buy again at 15-20 dollars but not at 30.
