Really fresh and bright. Mostly Grenache this vintage. A lot of earth, olive, blueberry, “crunchy” cranberry, good acidity. Apple. Herbs, pepper. Pretty great crushable Grenache, syrah, Mourvèdre. — 10 days ago
So on opening it was weird, kind of funky, not a lot of flavor. Put cork back in and sat in fridge for 3 days, pulled out and let warm up. Tasting great and classic gamay! Cherry, a bit of earth, some strawberry, good balance and some tannin. Would let this vintage rest in bottle for longer, maybe end of summer bbq. — 17 days ago
Seems to be a typical CA Syrah that you see for 30-40 dollars or more. A lot of fruit, baking spice, wood flavor. Drinkable — a day ago
Needed 4 hours of air to suddenly change. Almost undrinkable in initially. Opened up with tons of flowers, baking spice, peppercorns, chocolate, wiff of blueberries. Overall feels like it needs more time. — 14 days ago
Tasting exceptional right now! Had with. Pimento and basil risotto and it was perfect. Strawberries, balsamic, cherries, green earth, cocoa, a good amount of fruit. — 15 days ago
The rose which I judge all other roses every year. It’s never disappointed and usually tastes better than I remember. 2024 is the same. A lot of acidity, lemons, strawberry cream, more berries, a touch of melon, saline, shells. This could go with any food. Love it. — 5 days ago
So freaking good at 25 years. So fresh. A lot of earth and forest but also good fruit and balance still. Leather dried cherry, cinnamon stick, what a wine! Celebrating a huge birthday! — 14 days ago
@Delectable Wine this is atavus VII (7). If I tasted this blind I would say Austria or Slovenia or Georgia etc. wine for sure. Jasmine tea, jasmine flowers, lemon, comforting herbs, grapefruit, really fancy sea salt, so many flowers! Top us orange wine. — 17 days ago

Outstanding! Smells like gamay! Crunchy fruit, pepper, more tart fruits. So crushable — a day ago
