Jul 26th, 2019Inky ox blood color. Nose of dark berry, earth, white pepper. Mouth coating tannic structure with acidity down the side of your tongue. Pallet has this wet leaves, dirt, peppery quality with juicy dark fruit coming through. Almost like a black raspberry at first. This wine definitely has a few more years on it at least.
