Which is not bad I’m into the rocks and gas but I’m more into them when they integrate into Meyer lemons. Vanilla beans (hello PERFECT judicious use of oak) and a whiff of very raw white peach. I almost thought it to be flawed then I gave it air and saw the beauty of the earth on this. It is a strong and strident Chard. Shall I metaphor? Okay. This is the person you meet who you think has a chip on their shoulder then you get to know them and realize that they are simply strong and have perhaps a fucked past they won’t speak of but said past has made them beautiful. And they may get better with age.
